Online Ticket Sales

Our online ticket sales are currently provided by the online ticket seller Ticketweb.co.uk who receive the online booking fee and set the percentage of the amount charged.

If you would prefer not to pay these online charges please call The Box Office directly on 01273 736222 or come into the Box Office in person.


All Ticket Sales

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act, venue or show time).

In the case of the cancellation of an event by the organiser / promoter (i.e. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond The Old Market's control), The Old Market will only refund the face value of the ticket. The Old Market will notify purchasers either by phone, e-mail or in writing (using details given at time of ordering) and advise them on the return of tickets.

A booking fee applies when purchasing tickets over the phone.
