  Hiring The Old Market

The Old Market is a Grade II listed building in the heart of Brighton and Hove’s historic Brunswick area. One of the most flexible and versatile venues in the city, its spacious Bryson Hall offers a vibrant experience for a wide variety of arts events - live music and performance events - theatre, dance, comedy, gigs, book launches, film screenings and art events.

It is an ideal venue for private parties, wedding ceremonies and receptions and is also an original alternative for conferences and business related meetings.

The Bryson Hall and the traditional Stables Bar can be used for a wide variety of seated or standing events or cleared as an empty space for markets, roadshows and auctions.

The Hall has the capacity for 500 standing, 312 seated in Theatre Style, 220 seated in the Cabaret layout and can comfortably seat between 160-180 for dinner events.

Exhibition space is available within the main foyer, bar and Waterloo Arch areas.
